Agency clients and your brand

The Agency plan — separate organisations for clients, switching between them, shared limits, and your own name, logo and sign-in subdomain.

Updated 19.10.2026

The Agency plan is for companies that run their clients' mail. Under the agency's organisation you create separate client organisations: each has its own mailboxes and its own team, and a client only ever sees theirs. On top of that comes your own brand — your name and logo instead of Faldro.

Both screens are visible only to an admin of the agency organisation (not inside client organisations), and only when the plan allows it. On other plans there are no Clients and Your brand tiles in Settings.

Client organisations

The Settings → Clients screen has a New client form (the client's company name and organisation colour) and the clients table:

Column Meaning
Client The client organisation's name and colour.
People Number of members in the client organisation.
Mailboxes Connected mail accounts.
Messages Number of messages in Faldro.
Storage Space used.

Above the form you can see how many client organisations you have and how many the plan includes (up to 20 on the Agency plan). When the limit is used up, the form says so and asks you to get in touch.

After Create organisation, you become the admin of the new client organisation. Open switches you into it — client organisations are also listed in the switcher in the top-right corner.

Giving the client access

  1. Open the client organisation (Open in the table, or the switcher).
  2. Connect the client's mailboxes — Connecting a mailbox.
  3. In Settings → Members, invite people from the client's company and give them a permission scope.

An invited person belongs only to the client organisation: they see neither the agency's organisation nor other clients.

Shared limits

Mailboxes, storage and message count are counted together for the agency and all its clients — the Agency plan's limit covers that whole family of organisations. Client organisations don't count towards the plan's limit on "own" organisations (Organisations); they have their own client limit.

Deleting a client

Delete in the table removes the client organisation together with its mailboxes and messages in Faldro. You have to type the client's name and confirm your Faldro password. The client's members lose access and the event goes into the audit log. This can't be undone.

Your brand

Settings → Your brand sets what your clients see instead of the Faldro brand. The brand applies in the agency's organisation and in all client organisations.

Field Effect
Brand name Replaces the Faldro name in the app header, on the sign-in page and as the sender name of team invitations.
Logo PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 300 KB. Shown in the app header and on the sign-in page. Remove logo goes back to the default.
Sign-in subdomain Lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, e.g. agency → agency.faldro.com. At this address clients see a sign-in page with your brand, without Faldro's home page, pricing or registration.
Primary colour, Support e-mail, Footer text Saved together with the brand.

After saving (Save brand), a ready-made Sign-in address for clients appears under the subdomain field for you to pass on. Some subdomains are reserved (e.g. www, mail, admin, docs), and each can belong to only one agency.

Account e-mails — address verification, password reset, security notifications — always go out under the Faldro brand. Your brand covers organisation e-mails, i.e. invitations.

A client's own domain (e.g. mail.clientcompany.com) isn't available yet — for now clients sign in through the subdomain.
