I can't see a mailbox or a feature
Permission scope, multi-inboxes as an access boundary, the active organisation — three things that decide what you see.

1. Check the active organisation
The switcher is in the top-right corner. If you belong to several organisations, the mailbox you're looking for might be in another one. Switching changes the entire list of accounts and folders.
2. Permission scope
Every organisation member has one of four scopes, assigned by an admin in Settings → Members:
| Scope | What they can see and do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Reads threads in assigned mailboxes. Can't send. |
| Sender | As above, plus replies and writes new messages. |
| All | Full work in the inbox and configuration of individual features (accounts, labels, rules…). |
| Admin | Everything, plus members, organisation, backups and deleting data. |
A missing tile in Settings (e.g. "Members", "SLA", "Spam rules") isn't a bug — tiles only appear for the right scope.
3. Multi-inboxes as an access boundary
An admin can give a member access to only selected multi-inboxes (named groups of accounts). In that case, the left sidebar shows only accounts from those groups, and search and counters are limited too. A newly connected account that hasn't been added to your multi-inbox will be invisible to you until an admin adds it.
What to do
Contact your organisation's admin (the list in Settings → Members shows who that is) and tell them which account or feature you need. Faldro can't change permissions in someone else's organisation — access is decided solely by that organisation's admin.
