How to report a problem

What to include in your report to get a specific answer the first time, and what to never send.

Updated 02.09.2026

Write to the address given at the bottom of this page. We reply on business days.

What to include

  1. Your organisation name (from the switcher in the top-right corner) and the e-mail address you use to log in to Faldro.
  2. The mailbox address the problem concerns, and the provider's name (e.g. "dpoczta", "Microsoft 365").
  3. The exact message — copied text, not a description from memory. For sending issues: the "Server responded: …" line from the connection test or the delivery log.
  4. The subject or Message-Id of the message, if the question concerns a specific e-mail (you'll find the Message-Id in the delivery log or in a downloaded .eml file).
  5. What you're doing and what happens instead — three sentences are enough. A screenshot helps.

What to never send

  • Passwords — neither your mailbox password nor your Faldro password. We never ask for them; if someone asks on our behalf, it isn't us.
  • The full content of other people's messages, if it isn't needed for the problem — the subject and Message-Id are enough.

Before you write

Most reports are solved by one of five pages: mailbox not fetching mail, server rejects the password, sending fails, mail wasn't delivered, I can't see a mailbox.
