Pricing
The plan price is not a fee for reading mail. You pay for having the company's correspondence in one place, on servers in the European Union, with backups, a data processing agreement and a human on the other side. You pick a plan by the number of mailboxes, storage and message count; the number of people does not affect the price.
Prices are net. VAT is added at checkout by Paddle (Merchant of Record) based on the buyer's country. Refund within 14 days, no questions asked — refund policy.
We pick the currency by country. You can change it — the choice is remembered at checkout as well.

Mailbox, storage and message limits cover the agency together with all its clients. Each client has a separate organisation and sees only its own; the agency switches between them. Login under your own name, logo, colour and subdomain.

When the mailbox limit is reached, no further mailbox can be added; when storage or message count is exceeded, fetching new mail pauses until the plan is changed. Nothing is deleted, and a plan change takes effect immediately.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately, a downgrade from the next billing period. You make the change yourself in the organisation settings.
Your messages live with your mail provider, not with us, so you keep access to them regardless. The organisation moves to the expired plan: mail can still be read and downloaded, and export works without a time limit. Mailboxes, addresses and people cannot be added.
Yes, 14 days of the Team plan without payment details. After the trial you choose a plan or stay on the expired plan with read access.
